Observation: Negativity= Wrinkles
I work with some people who are really negative and consequently are also super wrinkly. I wouldn’t consider myself negative… I have been taught and stuck it deep in my heart what the Bible says about there being life and death in our words and that we have the choice to make it life. But, unfortunately, I wouldn’t exactly say I am a happy person. I’m not depressed or upset generally, but I’m not outwardly happy either.

As I picked up my current favorite pair of earrings this morning, I had a thought. “I love imperfections.” You see, these favorite earrings of mine are imperfect. They are awesome, but imperfect. They have a large silver circle with a heart that dangles in the middle of them. The thing is one of them is missing its heart. So, as I was putting them on I realized how many things I love because they are imperfect.

The Bible teaches us what we should spend our time thinking about. Most of the time this is not what is usually on our mind. We all have lives which we perceive to be busy and sometimes the important things seem to get pushed to the side or forgotten about altogether.
