What do we make God look like? Do people think he is great and loving, a provider and healer? Or do people think he is mean and angry, harsh and punishing? Or do they even think anything about him?

Worship is not an event that happens on Sunday or a style of music. Worship is big enough to include both of those things but it is so much bigger and broader than just an event or style of music. In some regard, worship is all of life, every aspect of it, connected to God or disconnected from God.

As God commands us to activity, it is simply the outworking of our identity. As a Christian, who we are determines what we do. This has become a question that I ask myself and think about everyday as I walk this life out. Am I living out of the identity that I have in Christ?

I was talking to my mother the other day and she called me Earl. I didn’t get it at first, but then it hit me. I guess I am kind of like Earl just without the creeper ‘stache.
